More food experiments
Sometimes I think I should just turn this into a cooking blog. I end up talking about food half the time anyway!! Last night we had my in-laws over for dinner and I decided to make the cheesecake I've been drooling over for weeks; ever since I saw it on a Food Network Show. The cheesecake is called The Ultimate Cheesecake for very good reason--it's the best homemade cheesecake I've ever had. You can get the recipe HERE. You absolutely have to use room temperature cream cheese or it will be lumpy. Here's how it turned out. And yes--I made that, from SCRATCH.

I love that you put your food experiments on here, it's great for those of us who are domestically challenged. :) I make those cresent taco things you showed me all the time and Justin LOVES them. Keep it comin! :)
You are totally making me drool! Cheesecake is something I never say no to. I seem to have lost my appetite nursing Marin, but there are certain foods I can never say no to, and cheesecake is one of them. YUM!
