Thanksgiving Recap

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year! We typically spend it with Ben's extended family, well actually it's Ben's sister's husband's family. It's funny how folks that are only related to you by marriage can become such dear family members to you. We had a fantastic spread: turkey and stuffing of course, also ham, yummy salad, rolls, panchetta and peas, Amish chicken and noodles, asparagus, marinated tomatoes, barbecued baked beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and an amazing shredded brussel sprout salad (no really, it was AWESOME). And then there was the cheesecake ... needless to say, I was in heaven! Lydia had a rough time, not being used to the environment or most of the people, but it was very fun.
