More good news!

We are under contract to buy a house! We are so excited. After looking for months and putting in 2 other offers, we found it last week and I just loved it from the moment we walked in. It's a 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, split level home in Lawrenceville. We get to stay in the same ward we are in now, and we'll be in the Grayson school district, so that's good. There is a living room, kitchen, and 1 1/2 car garage on the main floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs, and a large family room, 1/2 bath, and good sized storage/laundry room on the lower level. Also, it sits on half an acre, so there is a beautiful, level, completely fenced-in backyard. I can't wait to plant my garden next year ;-)
